Great service. From car detail to car wash to car tint. I have taken all my cars there and never had an issue. Also great customer service.

I've been taking my vehicle to Romeo's for quite a while, and until now, I've never had a problem with their service. Yesterday, I took my vehicle in for a full interior and exterior detail because we were planning to sell it. While it was going through the dryer/blower, the top spoiler was blown off and shattered. I understand they have a sign stating they are not responsible for damage to customers' vehicles. However, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, both the cashier and another employee from the detail department informed me that the spoiler had been damaged and assured me that Romeo's would cover the replacement. They had me leave my contact information and told me they would call once the part arrived. About an hour later, the manager called and completely changed the story. He told me they were not responsible and would not be covering the damage. After looking into the cost of the part myself, I can only assume the change in decision was because a new spoiler costs around $700, or about $300 used. To make matters worse, the manager offered me a free car wash as compensation. Considering the damage that occurred during their service and the fact that I was initially

I was there for 2 driving hours and I walked out 4 times to check on it and everytime there was no one working on it , I’m normally a patient and reasonable person but the windows were not done , the doors and dash were not wiped done , 40 friigin dollars plus tip , I have pictures but no way to send them to you , I was told this was a good place to go. I was lied to

I’ve taken all of my vehicles there multiple times and this time was absolutely horrible. Over 2 hours, and the inside looks like a quick vacuum job. Still bugs in the mirrors too. I even said something when I got to it and the guy just said have a good day.

I write this as I am sitting here waiting for my car. It is 3:28pm. I paid my car wash at 2:09pm and I am still waiting for my car. I don’t even know how nice or if they have done a good job or not. It was pricey. $48 for the top tier wash. They must have charged an extra $1 for using a debit card. I was looking for a car wash with humans to vacuum and wipe dash and dress tires and interior clean my windows inside and out. I won’t come here again because of how long it takes. Not sure if this is a fluke or a typical Saturday. I have never waited this long ever. 3:44pm we were done and in the car. They did a pretty good job. I just can’t justify how long it took.
